Costco is a 159,031 sq. ft. wholesale warehouse consisting of a tire center, bakery, meat department, pharmacy, liquor store and merchandise warehouse. Our scope of work included all plumbing to and installation of (7) water heaters, restroom fixtures, trench drains, floor drains & sinks, drinking fountains, all owner-supplied kitchen equipment and much more. Landmark Plumbing also installed all outside gas piping from City stub to meter at building and inside gas piping to all gas-fired equipment. This project was very fast-paced, beginning at the end of May 2009 with the grand opening on October 29, 2009
